Happy St. Pat's Day

The kids woke up the morning of St.Patrick's Day

by finding little green "prints" on their table

that lead to a bowl of "gold".

 Had a leprechaun made a visit?

 So the questions began:

- What is a leprechaun

- What does a leprechaun look like

- How could a leprechaun get into our house

We searched on the Internet and found all kinds

of fun and interesting facts about leprechaun's

and St.Patrick's Day.

Sage couldn't stop looking at the yummy

rainbow St.Patrick's Day cake we found...lol

 Sage decided a trap was necessary to capture the leprechaun.

She used some of her Easter candy corns (typically used for rewards)

she knew that leprechaun's liked candy and she was sure to 

catch it.  The only problem was the 3 candy corns ended

up missing and with no leprechaun in the trap I think we can all

guess who ate them.

 Our friend's Stacey and her daughter, Koryn, invited

us to come watch the horse race where Koryn was

competing.

Sage had a great time and was so excited to be able to

sit on Koryn's beautiful horse named Spitfire.
